Shipping Policy
- All orders placed before 3:00 p.m. ET will be shipped the same day.
- No minimum order is necessary to order.
- There is a $12.00 shipping charge for all orders under the minimum amount required for free shipping (please contact your representative for details). All orders are shipped via UPS ground service.
- Overnight shipping is available. Charge will be based on weight of package and destination. Please call in advance for estimated shipping charge.
- There is an additional charge of$14.00 for COD shipments.
Return Policy
- Boiron must be notified of any problems with the products shipped to you within five (5) days of receipt of the products; otherwise, you will be deemed to have accepted the products.
- All returns must be pre-approved by an authorized Boiron representative. Boiron reserves the right to refuse to accept or provide a credit for any return. Boiron will not approve the return of any products more than six ( 6) months past their expiration dace.
- Customers will receive a credit on all eligible returned products as follows:
- Branded Medicines–75% of the current wholesale price or purchase price, whichever is lower
- Pellets/Kits–85% of the current wholesale price or purchase price, whichever is lower
- Books–No returns
- Liquid Preparations (Dilutions/Tinctures/Gemmotherapy)–No returns
- No credit will be given until the products are returned to Boiron with an authorized Boiron return form. Shipment of returned product back to Boiron is at the retailer’s expense.
- No returns on influenzinum products currently.
